Has the strong 5.7L LT1 engine which is the same as the Buick Roadmaster, Chevy Caprice, and Impala SS. This is the cleanest Fleetwood you will find. I am the 2nd owner! The engine starts right up and the transmission shifts smoothly. No rips in the seats or cracks on the dash. Original top and paint. The window chrome moldings on the inside still have the factory plastic protective film over it! Brand new Vogue Tires- have about 2,000 miles on them. Blows cold AC, very comfortable car. New water pump. No leaks. Rust free. Windows, power seats, heater, cruise control, slow close trunk all work. The antenna is stuck in the up position. Please note that actual mileage may be slightly higher at the time of the end of the auction and/or delivery as the vehicle may be driven while the auction is underway. 2. Bidding on the Vehicle 2.1. Ready to Bid? If you’re ready to bid, great! Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating just for sport without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me and to other users, and it wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids in my discretion. 2.2. I May End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction 3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due within 7 days after the end of the auction. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, personal checks, and cash in person. The vehicle will be held until payment is cleared (personal checks can take up to 14 business days to clear). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Sales Tax. 3.5.1.1 I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. 3.5.2. Tag & Title. 3.5.2.1. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the time frames set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared.

You are bidding on a 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. This vehicle is rare due to being the last year of the Fleetwood Brougham's and also for it's rare color of Dark Adriatic Blue Metallic and blue leather seats. I have recently placed a brand new battery, had an oil change done, has passed smog and has been registered. In this action I have also included the quarter panel fillers and two back up lights with the sale of this vehicle. The body of this vehicle for the most part is pretty much in good condition. As far as the interior, there are few sections of tears that I would repair as shown in pictures and also change the carpet. I would say other than what I had been mentioned for a 23 year old car it has it's normal wear and tear like exterior cracked molding rubbers. I have put less than a 100 miles on this vehicle ever since I have owned the vehicle. The vehicle for the most part is a great vehicle. This vehicle is SOLD AS IS.
